2) If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge your grievances with SEBI at SCORES (https://scores.gov.in/) or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI (https://www.sebi.gov.in/contact-us.html). For any queries, feedback or assistance, please contact the SEBI Office on the toll-free helpline at 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.
3) If you are still not satisfied with the response from SCORES, then you can opt for online dispute resolution (ODR) through the ODR Portal (https://smartodr.in/).
